17th April 2006 The Goldcert website is going through an overdue upgrade. Over the past year, attention has tended to focus on a sister website - that of the Centre for Creative Development. The Centre was first established a few years ago to facilitate individuals going through "The Artist's Way" creative development programme devised by Julia Cameron. The website was launched when the Centre was established formally last April and has expanded steadily during the year. Now it's time for Goldcert to catch up....
Current plans are to develop further the synergy between Structure and Creativity that the two sites represent. An early venture in this direction is the forthcoming workshop on "Channelling the Flow - Structure and Creativity in modern Business" This programme will start on 23rd May and run for 4 weeks on Tuesday afternoons from 2 to 5pm at Goldcert's offices at 57 Charleston Road, Ranelagh Dublin 6.
The programme will be facilitated by Rody Ryan, Managing Director of Goldcert Management Systems Ltd and Director of the Centre for Creative Development.

10th March 2005 Goldcert is featured strongly in a Business & Finance feature on new legislation on Health and Safety in the Workplace.... and how to prepare for it. The article, "A Clean Bill of Health" by Shane McGinley, appears on Page 73 of the issue of Business & Finance magazine published today.

20th October 2004 Goldcert has further developed it's unique approach to Business Management Systems, extending propriatory methods of continual improvement to all aspects of your business - Management, Quality, Environment, Health & Safety, IT, HR, Finance......

22nd February 2001: Rody Ryan was invited by the MBA Department of Universidad ITESO in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico to present a paper on the topical theme of "ISO 9001:2000 un Nuevo Sistema Métrico para la Gestión de Empresas" (or "ISO 9001:2000 a new Metric-based System for Business Management"). The talk was attended by over 150 people including many representatives of the Guadalajara business community. It was reported by Entorno Laboral and Magis journals.

4-7 October 2000 Rody Ryan was invited to speak at the 28th Annual Congress of IMECCA, the Mexican Institute for Quality Control, which took place Oct 4-7 in Aguascalientes, Mexico. The paper is entitled "Managing Metric Management with ISO 9000:2000" and is available on our Publications page.

September 2000 Goldcert had a three-page article in Handling Network, the Irish materials handling journal, September 2000 edition. The article is entitled "ISO 9000 Certification - Milestone or Millstone?" and you can read it in the Publications page of this website. It is also available as a brochure.
