Goldcert Management Systems Ltd was established in 1999 by Rody Ryan to provide consultancy and training on best practice in the design, implementation, maintenance and improvement of a wide range of management systems.

Based on his previous global experience as a software development manager and a Lead Assessor and trainer with the National Standards Authority of Ireland, Goldcert provides a unique focus on the effectiveness of such systems.

The company is based in Ireland with its headquarters in the pleasant Dublin suburb of Ranelagh. Its operations, however, are world-wide. The bulk of its business is currently spread between Ireland, the USA and Mexico.

Goldcert offers a high-quality consulting service to complement its training. This ranges from intensive on-site work to off-site telephone/e-mail communication. The consultancy is focused on empowering the client to apply the key concepts of the Goldcert Management System in a creative and confident manner.

Lecturing
Rody Ryan is an experienced and accomplished lecturer and presenter. He has lectured at Trinity College Dublin, the Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business Studies in Dublin and ITESO University in Guadalajara, Mexico.

Keynote Speaking
Rody Ryan is also a powerful keynote speaker and has several times served as Secretary of the Ireland Chapter of the Professional Speakers Association. His talks draw on his wide range of life experiences to encourage fresh perspectives and creative insights into the ever-changing challenges of life in the 21st Century. He has delivered a number of papers at international conferences.
